  • Paint & Steel

    MWS offers a range of services for turbines, jacket foundations, and offshore substations:

     •  Comprehensive inspections of steel structures and painted surfaces

     •  Repairs on both steel structures and painted surfaces

     •  Interim work as part of the installation of foundations and secondary steel structures, including; inbound inspection, quality control (QC) inspections, cleaning and repair of transport damage, and inspection of monopile covers, navigation lights, safety equipment, and water penetration.

     •  Welding and painting work for pre-assembly of large jackets on offshore substations.

      •  Non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections.

     •  Ladder and boat landing replacements or repairs.

     •  Rope access work on cooler tops, nacelle equipment, and towers.

  • Special Projects

    We offer a range of services for turbines, jacket foundations, and offshore substations, including:

       •  Comprehensive inspections of cranes, lifts, and TMSE on foundations and turbines.

      •  Replacement of brake calipers, pitch cylinders, hydraulic/gear hoses, and other components.

      •  Installation of electrical and mechanical systems on secondary steel during the pre-assembly stage for asset/utility owners.

      •  Collaboration with JUV companies for the installation of secondary steel in monopiles.

      •  Participation in innovative projects and large corrective maintenance on vital systems inside WTGs.

      •  Handling of snaking lists/punch lists after commissioning or handover from OEM to asset owners.

      •   Turbine commissioning

      •   Management of waste, projects, stakeholders, and HSEQ in large, complex projects.

  • Oil Exchange

    We offer a range of oil exchange services for turbines and transformers, including:

    • Changing gear and hydraulic oil in onshore turbines using specially built trucks capable of driving in rough terrain.

    • Changing gear and hydraulic oil in offshore turbines from a CTV or SOV using a specially built container equipped with a pump unit and storage capacity.

    • Changing coolant/glycol liquid.

    • Procurement of oil and other fluids.

    • Waste disposal.

    • Project management.

    • Oil exchange for transformers.

    • Cleaning and oil drainage.

    • Management of waste, projects, stakeholders, and HSEQ in large, complex projects.
